Legal & Compliance framework

Terms of Service & Coordination Scope

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Version: 1.5 (Platform Utilization)
Crucial Distinction: NRILegal360 is a structural coordination and architectural oversight platform for legal matters in India. We are not a direct law firm. We provide the diagnostic framework, secure document vaulting, and routing logic to assign vetted, jurisdiction-specific empanelled advocates to execute your specific mandate. Engaging with our platform constitutes an agreement to our role as coordinators and overseers, not explicit litigators.

1. Platform Utilization & Intake

Utilization of the NRILegal360 platform begins with the 'Structured Diagnostic Intake'. All data provided during this phase must be accurate and verifiable. Fabricating demographic identifiers (e.g., claiming NRI status while holding domestic domicile) invalidates our structural advice and terminates the coordination agreement immediately.

2. Scope Definition & Anti-Creep Policy

Upon triage completion, NRILegal360 will issue a "Scope Clarity Document" outlining the exact deliverables, timelines, and financial requirements via our Pricing & Scope transparency protocols. Our liability and obligations are strictly limited to the execution of the items explicitly listed within that confirmed scope.

3. Document Validity & Vetting

The platform allows for the secure transmission of legal instruments (deeds, notices, IDs) via AES-256 encrypted vaults. The client maintains complete responsibility for the authenticity and validity of the source documents uploaded. NRILegal360 and its empanelled architects hold no liability for structural failures caused by fraudulent, expired, or actively withheld documentation.

4. Financial Coordination & Escrow

All fee structures are provided upfront. We operate on a 'Zero Hidden Invoice' model. However, statutory government fees (stamp duty, court registration fees, specific jurisdiction taxation) map dynamically and are exclusive of our coordination and professional architect fees. Clients will be presented with official government challans for direct compliance.

5. Termination of Mandate

Either party may terminate the coordination mandate providing written notice via the encrypted portal. If a mandate is terminated mid-execution by the client, non-refundable retainers and utilized hourly structural fees will be retained. NRILegal360 reserves the right to terminate the mandate immediately upon discovery of illegal intent, money laundering attempts, or abusive communication protocols.
